"CAROLINAS HORSE SHOW CIRCUIT" BENEFIT SHOW FOR: "CERA" "CAROLINA EQUINE RESCUE & ASSISTANCE" BRANDYWINE SPRINGS SOUTH STABLES 3424 DRAKE RD, MIDLAND, NC 28107 JULY 25, 2009 START TIME 2:00PM **Jumper & Hunter Jumper classes offered. **Champion & Reserve Champion ribbons awarded for divisions. **CHSC members will receive points. **No office entry fee. **Classes will be $13.00 each. **Vendor's welcome, $25.00 set up fee. **Concessions will be provided by Kevin Smith & Friends, Bar-B-Que with all the Fixing's **All donations will remain local in the Union County Region and surrounding region's to help provide neglected/abused/abandoned equine with proper veterinary, farrier care etc. Even if you do not ride, come and enjoy watching local riders compete and enjoy a great bar-b-que plate. For your 10 participation points to be awarded you must be a member and you must show in all classes for that division. Please remember to designate on your entry form which division to add your participation points.
RULES CHANGE FOR 2009
You will receive points no matter how many are in a division.
Points will be based on the number of entries per class.
CHSC still has the right to combine divisions that have 3 riders or less.
If 6 or more rider’s points are calculated…
1st= 6 points
2nd= 5 points
3rd= 4 points
4th =3 points
5th =2 points
6th =1 point
Example of minimum points received if only 2 riders in class…
1st=2 points
2nd=1 point
Points will be calculated this way for all shows in the
2009 season with the exception of our
mid year and end of year double points shows.
General Information
Class's will now be $13.00 each. We are also going to charge a $6.00 Office Fee per show number. Example: If you have show number 258. You will be charged a one time fee of $6.00, you can add and delete off this number at no extra charge. If you are going to ride another horse, which you need a new number you will be charged an additional $6.00
- Heather Workman will now be in charge of all points. Please direct all point and membership issues directly to Heather hworkman@carolina.rr.com
- Walk/Trot Under 18, class 17, 18 and 19, cannot enter any other division. Riders are able to ride in class 16.
- Membership fee $25.00
- Jumpers--If a member your points will be added to the highest division
- If riders are trying to advance, riding in 2 divisions, the third time they are in the higher division that is where points will be added. Points cannot be moved from one division to another.
